The right level of care

Specialty transport is not ambulance service.

Aquila Specialty Transport provides non-emergency transportation for passengers who can be safely served without ambulance-level medical monitoring or intervention. Emergencies and medically unstable conditions require 911 or the appropriate licensed medical resource.

Provider implementation defines:

  • Eligibility and exclusion criteria
  • Clinical and mobility boundaries
  • Authorization and documentation
  • Staffing and vehicle configuration
  • Escalation and emergency procedures

Build a transportation pathway around your care environment.
